After Heidi’s successful solo trip to Rwanda in May of 2022, she returned home determined to organize a team to help her grow AWHI’s mission. In the fall of 2022, she welcomed 3 members to her Board of Directors. AWHI is currently sitting under Fiscal Sponsor, Christian Ministry Alliance. This allows us to operate as a ministry under its organization until AWHI becomes its own 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.
We are also proud to be included as a One Church (Manchester, NH) Global Partner for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
The AWHI mission trip team visits the village of Ruhango in March 2023.
